We've been using Zoho One for about two years. While the product itself is very good and is constantly getting improvement tweaks, their technical support is by far the worst that I have ever run into. We pay extra for premium support which is largely a joke. Calling the toll free support line dumps you to voice mail which is never answered. The chat support is window dressing and promised callbacks rarely ever happen anywhere near the scheduled time if ever. If they got their act together with support this would be an amazing product. Their lack of support will be the death of it.

I tried the help desk for a while, it seems quite good, BUT there is a trick: they advertise a FREE service, but there is not such thing. Online help chat awful, only wasted my time.

I have had a Zoho account, and recently the premium Zoho One account for at least 5 years. I used to be able to call and get help on advanced issues, but now that is gone. I have spent at least a month simply trying to LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT. They can't even do that...



Have had an account with them God knows since when. Years pass, I lose the phone number I had when registered with them. Since I put OTP on account, and since I can't access that account coz I lost phone number, they refuse unlocking/deleting my account even though I demanded so from my main account. Pure idiocy!
