Reviews
SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY.
Literally the worst CRM software I've ever used. Clunky, confusing, slow... you name it, it's got it!
It seems that each link you click takes you to a different page with a completely different layout. None of the actions are intuitive, so often when new members of staff are attempting to learn to use it they are left frustrated and confused. It just needs to be designed better... currently a pen, paper and a carrier pigeon would be a better use of time, in terms of collecting and responding to enquiries. Maybe they should just stick to back of house stuff...
