My account got disabled for some reason. To contact support I needed to log in to my account which I can't because it's disabled. I rang customer support. There was no accounts selection so I got transferred to tech support. They took down my information and said someone will contact me. They did not contact me. So now I can't get back in. What a complete and utter shambles of a company you are. One star is too much.
Got this message from them when I reported having trouble with my credit card. Trying to migrate an entire app db to them. What terrible messaging:
We have reviewed your account/transaction and will not be able to offer services. No further information will be disclosed regarding this matter.
They don't even worth one star. What the joke and I ask the guy for webex and the guy did not even want to do that. They hire bunch of India guys but these guys just fxxk crazy and I wonder how can they survive in IBM or get hired. Some guys just leave the priority one on the shift.
What in the living f#ck is this joke of a company? I literally e-mailed them with, can I use your services with another creditcard or another way. Basically, I’m saying I have money and am willing to spend it. Yet I get the same e-mail each time.
I feel bad for the owner of this company, I’d be furious if my support team sends out such e-mails to my customers. I’ve never seen anything more stupid and more embarassing than this e-mail support.
If there was a ‘no star’ rating, that’s what I will give them. From their inaccurate weather forecasts to their customer service totally sucks! I am way over 87years of age. We grew up breathing IBM. What happened? It’s a waste of time to try their services, as they provide ZERO support to their apps and no way to contact them.
