I've got what seems a fairly simple request - the only solution is - according to the Asana support portal to contact Asana support - but nowhere is there a contact email for Asana support - I keep getting routed back to the support portal. Just tried emailing sales as they do have a contact point. Bad user experience so far Asana

Opened my account on a Sunday evening, planned my week in the tasks on Asana. Come in to work this morning and more than half of my items have completely disappeard, no record of them at all. Wasted 2 hours of my time last night and now I am completely screwed today and this week, the tasks are seemingly at random so I literally have to re-do the whole thing. DO NOT USE

Pros: flexible tool
Cons: non-existent customer service. I have 3 members in my team and decided to pay for 1 week before end of the trial. I realised that Asana wants to charge me for 5 seats. No problem, bugs happen. I wrote to their support, wrote follow up email, wrote a new ticket (thought that 1st just got lost) - no response. The worst thing -I liked the tool and moved out all projects already. So I have to pay for 5 seats while figuring out where to move. I can’t stay with a company with such bad customer service and attitude.

Bad customer service. There is a bug in their system, I contacted them a few times and they send automatic responses with the link to a blog article that doesn't help.
